I never imagined this would get so much attention when I first sat down at my computer. It is truly humbling to see so many people who care about the future of our neighborhood and the local spots we love.

I am truly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this request. This development is entirely due to all of you taking the time to show your support for our vision at Mulberry Street.

NEED A GOOD PLACE TO GET A DRINK NEARBY. THIS IS A NO BRAINER.
Italian food center has been a staple forever. glad to see it evolving. good luck guys
4am?? thats gonna be crazy for the neighborhood but i guess that's mulberry st for ya. hope the neighbors dont complain too much lol
Mulberry street needs good spots again. sick of all the tourist traps. hope you get the license!
can't wait for this to open. we need more local places to hang out.
