New Ferry's popular Butterfly Park is faced with closure because the landowner has ordered the Cheshire Wildlife Trust to leave the site, which has been a community-run nature reserve for the last 16 years. We are asking Wirral Borough Council to use all measures in its power to save the park. If you agree that the Butterfly Park should be saved, please add your name to this petition. (More information is available at www.wirralwildlife.co.uk)
We just hit one hundred signatures to protect the Butterfly Park. Post this link on your Facebook page right now and text three friends to get them involved.

We are approaching one hundred signatures and need to push harder to get the council to take notice. Post the petition link on Facebook now and text three friends to ask them to sign. We must keep this momentum going if we want to save our park.
