We the undersigned ask the Trustees to reconsider the future of Ss John Fisher and Thomas More church.
This decision has been taken without any consultation and whilst we appreciate the amount needed for repairs is sizeable we are asking for the opportunity to be look at ways of raising the funds required to ensure that our church remains at the heart of our local community.
The feedback from our community confirms that this church belongs here in Wythenshawe. I am currently reaching out to the Trustees to press for a seat at the table so we can discuss a real plan for the repair costs. Post this link on your Facebook page and send a direct email to your local representative to keep the pressure on.

The momentum behind our fight to save the church is undeniable now. Post this petition to your Facebook wall today to make sure the Trustees see that our community is not going anywhere.

This church has been part of our lives for years. How can they just close it without even asking us first? We need to keep our doors open.

Give us a chance to raise the money! People in Wythenshawe care about this place. Very unfair decision.
