This is so heartbreaking. Those poor babies dont deserve to die just because the system is lazy. Neutering is the only answer.
its honestly disgusting how these countries treat animals like trash. hope this law gets blocked

STOP THE KILLING! It is barbaric and archaic. Focus on spay and neuter programs instead of this cruelty.
