I, Michael McPadden the staff of McPadden for Congress, and the many Americans who have attached their signatures to this petition, hereby request your personal intervention to dismiss the charges against Navy SEAL operators SO2 Jonathan Keefe, SO1 Julio Huertas and SO2 Matthew McCabe
These men are American heroes and should be released immediately and returned to duty. They are being accused of punching a brutal Islamic terrorist in the stomach while being apprehended in war. To subject these men to Courts Martial is an affront to the honor and dignity of our American military and a victory to Islamic Terrorism.
Once again we request your personal intervention to dismiss the charges against these brave American heroes and return them to their proper place defending our Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

I have been hearing from so many of you who are just as frustrated as I am regarding how these SEALs are being treated right now. It honestly feels like the system is working against the people who keep us safe and I am busy trying to get our message directly to the offices of those officials who can actually do something about these charges.

THIS IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Support our troops for real and drop these charges immediately.
These guys are heroes. They should be getting medals not court marshals for doing what they had to do. Let them get back to the fight.
Ridiculous. We are punishing our own men for taking down terrorists? The world has gone completely upside down.
Praying for these guys. They deserve better than this treatment.
Total joke. A punch in the stomach to a terrorist? Who cares. They should be back in the field.

Unbelievable. Our soldiers are fighting for us in a tough war and this is how they get treated when they get home. Shameful.
