Save the Oak Bridge Club and protect our property values by voting FOR the proposed plan. This community can’t afford to have a failed golf course dragging down the values of our homes!
The Oak Bridge golf course has been failing for many years. The owners of Oak Bridge have said they can’t continue to operate a money-losing golf course, and will have to shut the course down if the proposed plan isn’t approved. This is not a scare/fear tactic...it is simply the reality of maintaining a golf course which needs a new irrigation system and many other updates to be successful. The proposed sale of land will help create a beautiful new golf course and green space which will only enhance the quality of life we currently enjoy as Sawgrass residents.
The Oak Bridge Club owners and Ad Hoc committee have done an amazing job in putting together a proposal that benefit us as homeowners. We encourage everyone to take the time to read the ENTIRE packet that the HOA sent out before voting, it's very informative. This is our last chance to have a voice in the successful future of our neighborhood, a future that includes an attractive new golf course and protects our property values!
Please make sure to return your ballot with a for vote by February 1st, or show up at the Sawgrass Marriott on February 6th to cast a for vote in person.

I have enjoyed Oak Bridge for many years even in its depressed state and would greatly appreciate it being returned to a lush and vibrant status.
