We, the undersigned, strongly disagree with *any* change in the name of HBC stores across Canada. The HBC name is synonymous with Canada and such an integral part of our identity, culture and history.
While we acknowledge that HBC is no longer a Canadian company, a name change would be considered the public removal of the only remaining entity of HBC with which Canadians can still identify and still feel some sense of pride.
We request that you retain the HBC name and identity throughout your Canadian stores, ensuring a continued loyal customer following here in Canada.

Keep the name. It has been around forever. You cant just erase history like that because of corporate branding. Leave it alone.
