Whereas we, the citizens of Capreol & the Greater City of Sudbury, wish to express our interest in the Fire Hall’s future. This is a property which has been an icon in the community for more than 90 years. No other civic building carries more history in the town of Capreol. It should continue to be a town landmark.
We, the undersigned, recommend the Capreol Fire Hall be preserved as a historic site under the Ontario Heritage Act.

My grandfather worked out of that station. You cannot just tear down our history because it looks old. Keep it standing.
90 years of history!! ridiculous that they want to get rid of it. save the fire hall!!!!
so many memories in that hall. really hope it stays.
that building is the best part of capreol. please dont let them knock it down for some ugly condo or parking lot.
Town council needs to wake up and see what this building means to us. heritage site is the only way to go.

Keep it! It belongs to the people of this town, not the city.
