If the city planners approve the zone change, Discovery Builders plan to build a 3-story, 324 unit apartment complex with 12 residential buildings.
The community will present this petition to the Planning Commission of the City of Fairfield at the public hearing to be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 7:00 pm to prevent the zoning change and preserve the community we live in.

We moved here for the neighborhood feel not to live next to a giant apartment complex. Keep it commercial.
NO 3 STORY APTS. This will ruin the area completely.
Please leave our town alone. We have enough apartments already.
Seeno homes has a bad rep for a reason. Keep them out of Cordelia.
Enough with the overcrowding. My kids go to school right by there and the local roads can not handle that kind of volume.

324 units is way to many for that spot. The traffic on Red Top is already a mess during rush hour. Totally against this.
