It’s a shame doctors and providers who are part of the community were sold out to the lowest bidder.

CEP took over 5 years ago and we have grown into a family. Patients have grown to trust these physicians and staff love to work with everyone. We love to see CEP stay and continue to grow with us as they have been doing the last 5 yrs, to ensure Belleville residents continue to feel safe with their healthcare.

These docs are the Best! Dr franks, vitkoviski, Auer, harger, Scarborough, hepperman! You don't want to lose amazing individuals. They are some of the smartest, hardworking, team working, approachable docs I've worked with. They love this community.

It's a shame when big business overshadows quality healthcare The physicians and physicians asst at CEP offer more to their patients because they take the time to listen and make Memorial feel like that hometown hospital we all want not just an assembly line.

CEP America serves a vital role in the success of the ED at BMH. The innovation set forth by CEP and it's physicians are by far the most collaborative of any group I've seen yet. I feel that removing CEP from Belleville will be detrimental to Belleville Memorial.

CEP, and the excellent providers they employ, elevated multidisciplinary care at Memorial to new heights. The nurse/physician relationships have never been better. Countless studies show that collaboration among team members results in improved patient outcomes and safety. The countless transitions made within the organization since the "strategic affiliation" with BJC have taken an immeasurable toll on the staff. Replacing the providers we have come to know and trust may just be the final straw for an already stressed staff.

Memorial has truly lost the feeling of being a community hospital. For Administration to allow BJC to turn them into puppets is disturbing to many members of the medical staff, nursing, and contracted services. It is not about the money all the time. The good ole boys club strikes again and some have even been manipulated to not voice how they truly feel about 70+ Highly trained providers departing from memorial. We should be here to serve our patients and staff by keeping community based providers that possess the integrated relationship hospital wide with not only other physicians but RNs that trust the care CEP provides from an inpatient standpoint and ED. CEP is the true definition of what healthcare and a physician led leadership should stand for. I have had first hand experience at seeing what Memorials leadership is all about! Let me to you....they don't care about the people that work countless hours to make it happen and hold together what little that hospital has left. The moral has taken a sad turn for the worst. If the hospital states they are not responsible for CEP parting they are sadly mistaken. I think they chose to be apart of an organization that stands for the same things they stand for and that is to Provide honest excellent care for the patient and taking care of their staff and Memorial just isn't it anymore. They have chosen not to just change their name on their White Coats and go about their day. They are united in numbers with strong, talented providers who's roots have grown here in the community. They are TEAM CEP all the way and extremely United because each one of them believe in everything CEP stands for. Shame on Memorial for only caring for the bottom dollar and not serving this community like it deserves. Good luck finding someone to staff this hospital the way CEP has because everyone including nurses want out! If you are a contract services as well you better find an alternative because I'm sure you will be next on the chop
