The momentum behind this petition proves that NMC cannot simply discard a doctor who actually cares about our families and our unit. Administration needs to wake up and realize they are making a massive mistake by pushing Dr. Zieba out. We are not backing down until they give us a real explanation for this decision.

Dr Zieba listens about our concerns and ideas. Most important for us labor nurses is that he always runs to our rooms to help when needed. He makes sure our babies are in good shape before leaving the room. It is very comforting to know he is always present for us, our babies and their families. Great asset to the Women Center.
Dr. Zieba is an incredible Neonatologist. Our son was a 1lb 13oz 28 weeker and in the NICU last year. The attention, care, and devotion Dr Z had for our son and clearly has for all his patients is rare. Our family is indebted to him and the nursing staff for our healthy baby. The NICU would be losing a valuable employee and should keep Dr. Z on staff.
My family is forever grateful to Dr. Zeiba! Our baby was a 28 week preemie and wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for Dr.Zeiba! Every time we saw him in the NICU it was like visiting a friend. We had great talks with him about our baby, concerns, improvements, and expressed what a miracle baby we have! He is the most caring, empathetic, vibrant doctors we have ever met! He is a gem for any hospital, to not keep him would be a mistake on the hospitals part. We miss seeing him everyday just to speak with him. He is an amazing human being! We’re behind you all the way Dr. Zeiba! Love The Lands, especially Addason!
Dr. Zieba is one of the best neonatologists I have ever seen. He is professional. His number one priority are his patients. He runs a code with confidence and smoothly. He truly is an asset to our department.
Dr. Zieba is one of the best doctors I’ve every worked with! He truly cares for his patients, their families, and the staff he works with. He is a vital employee to our unit. It would be tragic to see him go. We got your back Dr.Z!

Dr. Zieba is such a strong supporter for developing this NICU! His work ethic is incredible; he has invested his whole heart and sole into this NICU. His caring and compassion to each patient is demonstrated daily, he builds trusting relationships with the NICU family; his love and care of the staff is palpable! It is a huge loss to the integrity of this NICU if We Lose Dr. Zieba . Please convince him to stay!
