The topic is Boggy Creek Golf Club. It is a small, raggedy nine hole golf course filled with great people many of whom have served this country in the armed forces. Sadly, the golf course will be closed January 31 after nearly 30 years and it will likely be built into a parking lot, ending the family atmosphere and the social life of many outstanding senior citizens. It is a "Cheers-where everyone knows your name" sort of place to many of us. We want to appeal to the Navy and The City of Orlando to keep the course open or to give us more time to find a solution to keep it open.
