The Vancouver Park Board recently presented a draft master plan for John Hendry Park. Under the proposed plan, the off-leash dog area would be reduced in size by roughly 80 percent, and it would be enclosed.
We, the undersigned, are users of the park and we strongly disagree with this significant reduction to the off-leash dog area.
