We, the undersigned residents, owners, and tenants of Condo PDI at 2555 avenue des Havres des Iles, Laval, QC, are asking the administration and Board of Directors to stop any attempt to remove the existing dog park and keep it in place as a shared amenity for our community.

The dog park is more than a convenience. It gives residents and their dogs a safe, designated place to exercise, socialize, and spend time outdoors. It also helps keep dogs out of other common areas, sidewalks, and spaces that are not meant for them, which supports responsible pet ownership and makes the building more pleasant for everyone.

Many of us chose to buy or rent here in part because Condo PDI offered a dog park. It was one of the features that made this building feel like the right home for us. Removing it would change an important part of what residents relied on when deciding to live here.

We are also concerned about the effect this decision could have on enjoyment of our homes, the appeal of the condominium, and property values. Taking away an established amenity that residents have depended on can create real frustration and conflict, and it is far better to resolve this matter in a fair and constructive way.

We therefore ask that:
The administration immediately stop any effort to remove or eliminate the dog park.
The dog park remain available as a common amenity for residents.
No decision affecting the dog park be made without meaningful consultation with the residents and co-owners directly affected.
The administration consider the impact on residents, on the enjoyment of their homes, and on the value and appeal of the property.
A solution be found that respects both pet owners and the wider condominium community.

We respectfully ask the administration and Board of Directors to listen to the residents who call this building home and preserve the dog park.
