We the under signed request that the Dean & Chapter of St. Pauls withdraw their plans to build 24 houses on Tillingham Hall Farm and do not build a roadway through the tranquil grounds of Tillingham Hall.

This development will ruin one of the best conservation zones in the South East of England.

We DO NOT want to see:-

* 27 Trees including Oaks & Yew Trees Cut Down

* The Gardens of Tillingham Hall ruined by a 5.5 metre Tarmac Road

* The LOSS of a working farmyard

* Our Roads congested with extra traffic

* Our Doctors and School Overcrowded

And 30 lorries a day trundling through our village and surrounding roads.

Updates

May 30, 2014

I have been reading your stories about what Tillingham Hall means to you and it really puts the impact of this project into perspective. I honestly never imagined this would reach so many people who care just as deeply about our local landscape as I do. This energy is all yours and I am just trying to keep up with the momentum you have created.

May 30, 2014

I am truly overwhelmed by the momentum building behind this effort. Seeing so many people care about our local landscape is entirely down to your dedication and nothing else.

Please dont overload our village utilities any more, they wont be able to take the strain! There are already a number of houses going up at the top end of South Street and this will be distruption enough to lovely & beautiful tranquil life style we all moved here for. Dean & Chapter of St Pauls have made enough money from Tillingham over the years, about time they gave something back! Dont ruin a beautiful house & gardens they are part of our heritage.

No more of these proposed developments PLEASE - Tillingham is too crowded and plagued by too much trafic, inadequate sewer and electricity services as it is !!

This development must not be allowed to prceed as it will set a precedent for developers to run rough shod over any conservation zone in the UK

The development will have a detrimental effect on Tillingham , this is a small rural village and we want it to stay that way .
