Many of the trees of Hooper Stadium are scheduled to be cut down and removed during fall break. Please show your support to save the beauty of our stadium to the district office.

Those trees lend a very unique ambience to the stadium that sets it apart from almost all other "high school" stadiums. I can attest to that having shot many games, at many high schools as a camera operator for a local veideo production company. It was always a pleasure to return to Hooper Stadium.

The trees saved me, I came from the city where things are very different and the whole campus of trees saved me. The spirit of a 14 year old kid was made whole beCAUSE OF these trees .Please don't cut even one of them. It really WILL BREAK MY HEART.

if we keep cutting down the trees in Nevada county we will look like roseville! I'm sure the people they hired to build the new stadium can figure out a way to incorporate the trees and other natural surroundings.

It is "On a hill, Neath waving pine trees". Cutting these trees will ruin the stadium. Ask any Miner who has put sweat, blood, and tears into that field and they will tell you that is what makes that field special.

The trees make our stadium unique and Nevada County, like the fairgrounds. Other teams enjoy coming here for the unique beauty. I'm sure there is another solution for any track buckling. Please have compassion for the beautiful, old trees and keep them!

They are essential to Nevada Union! Especially in the hot weathers it provides oxygen and shade for the athletes. And it gives it the grass valley look. Not to mention the beauty of the look of the snow in the winter! Keep them!
