Reaching this level of support feels heavier than I expected because the fight to hold onto our history has been exhausting. Seeing so many people remember those Friday nights keeps me going when I feel like throwing in the towel.

This is ridiculous. It's a mascot not a political statement. Let the kids enjoy their school pride!!!!
My kids go to Pineville and we love the traditions. Stop trying to erase everything we grew up with.
