The Gender Wiki has been a safe space for countless people who don't fit the binary, and many people on there view each other as a found family of sorts, especially when our own families may not support us.

That being said, Fandom has given them two weeks to find a new place to host before it is shut down. Fandom staff has claimed that "this wiki has gone too far in positioning everything as a gender identity," which mostly refers to xenogenders, neurogenders, etc. which has made it a safe place for people whose neurodivergence or trauma has shaped their identities. There is currently a Fandom-based petition but this will allow those without a Fandom account to support us as well.

The mods are active and friendly, most of the people I've chatted with are lovely, and it's a come-as-you-are community at risk of being shut down, which would cause far greater harm than any of the pages with trauma-based identities could cause. If you could find it in your heart to sign, even if you aren't part of the community, everyone on there would greatly appreciate it, and if you wanna share this petition as well and/or help with the archiving project, even better!
