We the undersigned support the idea of reinvigorating Shirley's Library services by selling the existing (no longer fit for purpose) building on the outskirts of the town centre, and reinvesting in a brand new ultra modern *flagship Library* in the very heart of Shirley town centre. Birmingham Council are closing down their Libraries, here in Solihull, we're fighting over weather or not to build a new one... The head of Library Services is in support of this move - are you?
