Make Redondo Great Again!

A vote is coming up before city council to allow NON Brick and Mortar Businesses to operate. That means food trucks on city streets and gypsy tents in the parking lots like Venice Beach. So just get a permit, pop a tent, or park your food truck anywhere. All businesses in Redondo Beach will be under attack. Paddle House is just the first. Please join us and support the brick and mortar businesses of our community.

FORCED TO CLOSE

If this vote goes through, Paddle House would be the first Redondo business forced to close under this new permitting process and also be forced to apply for a permit and parking lot tent area. Due to the type of business model, many of the brick and mortar businesses would be forced to close their doors for good! Sign the petition TODAY, and stop this from ruining the Redondo we all know and love!

Keep Our Doors Open!

Keep Redondo Businesses open! Support Redondo brick and mortar. We built it. We must protect it!

Bad for Local Business!

We welcome competition but like everyone else, “Get Four Walls!” No gypsy tents like Venice Beach, reducing quality and running planted businesses out.

Help Save The Paddle House

Please sign this petition in support of your Redondo’s Beach Brick and Mortar Businesses. Redondo needs us, and we need you!

Pop Up business would be a blight in the Marina - say Yes to 4walls and No to tents

This is not well thought out yet. Not only does it not make sense with the current conditions on land, but it adds to a potential danger in the harbor. Too many SUP users. It is getting trechorous for boaters and SUPers to navigate around each other and we have to have some sort of governance to have a proper balance. A portable business just adds to this while also taking away from already established institutions that should have priority.

The Paddlehouse is an asset to the Redondo Beach Pier area. It’s the first class place that has gone in in years and brings a quality clientele to the pier and it’s businesses. It encourages outdoor activity and promotes health and wellness to the community.
