PlayStation have provided 10 years of quality out of school club for Rockingham Junior and Infant School and surrounding schools. They have won numerous awards and quality accreditations including this year one of Netmums favourite holiday clubs in Yorkshire, voted for by parents.

The school board continues to ignore the parents who rely on PlayStation for essential childcare. I am tired of their silence while they put the livelihoods of our staff and the wellbeing of our children at risk.

This is an invaluable support to my sister and severely disabled niece, why close somewhere that is clearly so vital to so many families. What alternative will be offered for these children and their parents?
I am a single parent with 2 children. If play st closes I will have to give up work as my job doesn't allow me to work part time.
Formal letter being prepared as we speak for the Head Teacher listing all the reasons The Playstation cannot be replaced including our children's welfare /needs, Financial, the distinction between school and play etc etc. I urge all parents to do the same and not just sign this e-petition....this affects all aspects of our lives, our children's lives and the fabulous staff's lives too!
Playstation provides High quality affordable childcare and is the best in rotherham. Staff are always friendly and professional and cater for all children's needs and abilities. It would be a big loss to the community and to the families that it provides outstanding quality childcare for. Please save playstation!
I would have to finish work, I have 2 special needs children, 1 who is autistic & has been going to Playstation for about 7 yrs & the staff know & understand his needs, & he has it as part of his routine, taking it away will totally mess his system up
this facility cant close, it was an absolute life line when i started getting back in to employment after having my boys
Seeing the headteacher tomorrow (Friday 19th am). Happy to raise any questions that folk want asking or opinions they want made known!

Both my children used the playstation and among the first to go there when it opened. Amy and Jemma went for years and when my oldest daughter had a very bad accident the playstation supported me for well over a year and looked after my younger daughter so i could remain with Amy all free of charge. This place and the staff are a godsend and deserves to stay. Thankyou for taking the time to read this.
