Should Kiwi-Rail's proposed changes go ahead in late June 2012, for the sake of saving 90 minutes off NZ's iconic 12 hour leisurely Train experience, the following Stops will be getting the Chop! Middlemore, Papakura, Pukekohe, Otorohanga, Te Kuiti, Taumarunui, Taihape, Marton, Feilding, Levin, Paraparaumu, and Porirua! NZ needs more transport connections - not less! If these stops do go, they'll be gone for good. We plead for your support to get this proposal reversed. Please help us keep these small towns on the map by keeping their train stops. Please sign the petition BEFORE 21 May to RETAIN ALL STOPS ON THE OVERLANDER. Thanks for your support.
