Dr. Brian Mathew the prospective Liberal Democrat MP for North Wiltshire has launched a campaign to stop the removal of electronic speed indicator warning signs, known as Speed Indicator Devices (SIDS). The signs are used on roads to cut traffic speeds in Wiltshire's towns and villages. Conservative run Wiltshire Council is threatening to take away these speed signs unless Town and Parish Councils come up with £75,000 per year. Please sign up to Save Our Speed Signs
