MOA Tattoos, a beloved tattoo business in South Williamsport, PA, is in danger of permanent closure. The unjustified problem arose due to zoning issues, despite all the required documentation having been duly signed and accepted when the business was established.
From ignoring our pleas to the abrupt enforcement in July, they have left MOA Tattoos in a dire financial state and its clientele, who had booked appointments months in advance, in disarray. Small businesses like MOA Tattoos greatly contribute to our local economy and the US economy at large. According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, businesses like ours account for 44% of U.S economic activity.
Moreover, we're not just a business, we're a community. We support our families through the income generated from MOA Tattoos, and now, our livelihoods are under threat. Thus, we are calling upon the local authorities and zoning department to reconsider this hasty decision in order to save our families and serve our loyal patrons better.

When a city is going after a small business owner like this it’s upsetting. People everywhere trying to make an honest living are being harassed just like this!!! Shameful. But they will let a dive bar stay open with no concerns?!
Small businesses are the foundation of this country. Keeping small businesses running keeps our economy moving. Fix the zoning issues and keep this business open.
Tattoos are a form of therapy for many of us. People do yoga, meditation, exercise or counseling. I use tattooing as mine. Many look down on ones that have tattoos and cast judgement. But we’re not bad people. We just need our form of therapy. So closing down an artist shop restricts us. Please leave this one open.
Jordan and his family are sweet people. I live above the shop and they are so quite and keep the outside and inside clean. Please allow him to stay open not just for awesome tattoos but for his family as well!
Since this was the mistake of the zoning officer a new place should be provided in the correct zoning location. This should be made right for the business owner that was in compliance with everything and never given notice prior to a letter to vacate being put on his door. Not to mention the financial impact it has on his and his family’s life

Jordan is an amazing person and artist he doesn’t have walk ins at his shop he does by appt only so there isn’t heavy flow of traffic he is very responsible and loves what he does this is his heart and his job he supports his family with please allow him to stay open and allow him to bring a wonderful new place to the community
