It is imperative that Tattoo studios are opened NOW, as they give people something artistically appealing to themselves. It's a big part of American culture! On top of that, these fine artists and support people also have to feed their families and pay their bills. In a tattoo "parlor", there are already many safeguards in place and have been, such as all implements that will be in contact with a client's skin and blood must be of single-use, or be completely sterilized. All materials applied to the skin of clients must be from commercially-packaged, single-use containers only.

A small business can offer social distancing during work & take more precautions than a large business can.

Nick should be allowed to open his shops, family too feed workers that want too work! His shops are cleaner than operating rooms, no one ever caught a cod from a client or made clients sick. I am sure they would wear masks, check each others temperatures for fever. wash their hands, and what ever needed done too keep everyone safe and healthy. Walmart can be open, come on.
