Knoxville and Knox County does not need any more apartments, condos, or houses crammed together.

I am really not sure why anyone would want to develop and/or damage such beautiful land. I have lived in East Knox my whole life and have honestly taken for granted the beauty of it until the last 10 years or so. I have seen the growth, the traffic, the over crowding of the schools and the beautiful land that has now been turned into subdivisions. It's a shame to see what was once West Knoxville turn into what it is now. I would hate to see that be East Knox. I feel like we pride ourselves in Strawberry Plains of still knowing our neighbors and still being a humble helpful community. We will rally together to help one another.

Overcrowded schools and neighborhoods is exactly why my family moved OUT of California to East Knox.

Please consider saving as much land as possible! More and more land and what makes Knoxville beautiful is being developed and heartbreaking.

We didn't move out here to be overrun by crammed housing developments/apt complexes! The infrastructure CANNOT handle thousands more people/cars! Unbelievable & shame on those who voted for this

High density housing in an area with little infrastructure to deal with the increased traffic and limited resources is extremely short sighted and negatively impacts every home owner in the area.
