Its UNACCEPTABLE this dog is still in possession of the person neglecting it. I heard the call in on the scanner and had all Hope's the dog would be taken in to the humane society, but was given back to the neglectful owner. So disgusted! This dog NEEDS OUR HELP! OUR COLLECTIVE VOICES!
They should have lost their privalige to own one after the first time they neglected an animal, PERIOD!!
If the dig is being abused and neglected then why wont the humane society do something. These people should be banned if this is what's going on from having further animals
This is unacceptable living conditions for any kind of animal, especially in this time of year. Let’s do what is best for the dog, and find him/her a warm new home.
This dog should not be left outside in this weather. Pits do not have thick fur and if this one is like mine, no fur on their bellies.
This is terrible
Dogs are family and need to be treated as so. Loved and with a warm roof over their heads.

This is not ok. This sweet guy needs a good owner! Isn't animal abuse a felony in the state of WA now??
