Its UNACCEPTABLE this dog is still in possession of the person neglecting it. I heard the call in on the scanner and had all Hope's the dog would be taken in to the humane society, but was given back to the neglectful owner. So disgusted! This dog NEEDS OUR HELP! OUR COLLECTIVE VOICES!

This should never be allowed to happen nor should they be allowed more animals. They should not have been able to bail the dog out
