Seeing this much backing for the fountain is honestly overwhelming when the work feels so draining. It is clear that I am not the only person who refuses to let this piece of our history disappear.

Keep the fountain where it is. Its been there forever and the town looks proper weird without it.

The fountain in Bacup centre is an asset to the town and an important part of it .Removing it and replacing it with mini roundabouts would be an act of vandalism and destroy Bacups unique character which should be preserved.
