To address the city council of mobile. On rezoning of my property at 4460 Dauphin Island Pkwy mobile al 36605 as this property is waterfront right of state highway 163 where I can continue to bring fresh seafood to the public at a reasonable price as previously done the last 25 years . With the city of mobile not having a city docks or helping the commercial fishermen of mobile I have no where to dock to sell seafood to the public so I am asking everyone that is for the rezoning of 4460 Dauphin Island Pkwy where we can bring fresh seafood from my boat to you .

Matt is a lifelong resident of the Mobile Bay and Dog River area. Through his hard work, he is able to provide locals with fresh seafood at an honest price. Allowing him the licensing requested will allow him to provide not only for his family but also the locals who seek a great product at a fair price.

It has always been utilized for commercial vessels all the way back to Mr Parker had a shrimp boat there many years ago for many decades.

This business should be allowed to sell fresh seafood on this property. It would be a significant win-win for the community. Mr. Noel is earning an honest income, creating a positive legacy for the local industry, and citizens have the opportunity to purchase the freshest seafood from local waters at fair prices.

Please allow this family to be able to sell their locally caught seafood from this location. He is only trying to provide for his family. His product is always properly handled from the boat to your coolers. Its a shame that our local restaurants are aloud to sell imported seafood.

Love buying shrimp from you and your brother. This is so needed. It’s a shame that the shrimp are in our backyard but no where to buy them from the boat.
