By signing this PETITION, we agree that our names may be used in an advertisement in the Virginian-Pilot to support Johnson\'s Crab House and oppose the use of eminent domain by the Portsmouth City Council to destroy Johnson\'s Crab House. Johnson\'s Crab House was here long before any of the new homes were built by the developer that the developer is attempting to sell. My family has been going there since I was a kid. You cant just destroy history for some fancy new houses. Leave it alone!

Eminent domain for a park view? Give me a break. Everyone knows it is just to boost property prices for the developer.

i grew up eating crabs there with my dad. 95 years means nothing to the city council i guess. so corrupt.
