Pro-lifers have been told that we must accept morally flawed legislation with rape and incest exceptions because it is the best that we can hope to achieve in the current political climate. Most recently, we were told our only option for pro-life legislation in the US Congress is HR36, the 20wk abortion ban with immoral exceptions.
Thankfully, we do have an alternative choice to the exceptions being presented by national pro-life leaders: Georgia's Representative Jody Hice has introduced H.R. 426, the Sanctity of Human Life Act, a 100% pro-life alternative.
H.R. 426 asserts the power granted to Congress under article 1 Section 8 of the United States Constitution as well as under section 5 of the 14th Amendment to make necessary and proper laws to protect the right to life from fertilization and without any form of discrimination.
With this petition, you can join your voice with other pro-lifers in urging members of congress to support the Sanctity of Human Life Act.

Abortion is the worst form of discrimination - it targets the poor, minorities, and the disabled. Until all people - born and preborn - are safe and protected, none are.
Protecting all life is essential. Who knows how many excellent leaders, teachers, medical personnel, etc. who might have changed the world for the better have not been permitted to live.
I was me from conception. I was a cell but it was already me. My life were given to me, a dna and a code for s continuous transformation until the day I die.
Science has determined "when life begins." Therefore, ALL human life from conception onward is now protected. How much clearer does it have to be, from our Constitution?
We have to stop allowing people to voluntarily kill their own children, and convicting someone of murder when he/she accidentily kills an unborn child. A child is a child.And I have all the sympathy in the world for women who are raped.

God's heart grieves that America kills her defenseless babies that need to be protected in the mother's womb.

Stop ALL abortions. Science proves these pre born humans are individuals. Separate from their mother but unable to communicate yet. We don't kill those dependent on life support and not able to speak but error on the side of caution and provide life support. Why are the pre born not treated the same? Hypocrisy.
