Research shows the connection between abortion access and child safety. When abortion becomes unavailable, infanticide rates increase. History proves this. Dr. Larry S. Milner's research documents that 10 to 15 percent of unwanted children were killed by parents shortly after birth or died from abuse throughout history.
The Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. Infanticide rates are climbing again. We need a permanent solution.
A constitutional amendment will:
- Protect a woman's right to terminate an unwanted, nonviable pregnancy
- Prevent infanticide by ensuring safe, legal alternatives
- Define life and reproductive rights at the federal level
- Remove abortion access from political shifts
