The feedback I have received from neighbors confirms that our concerns about daily rentals are shared by many who value the stability of our community. I am currently organizing the documentation required to present our case for formal rental covenants to the association board. Your input provides the necessary foundation as we prepare to advocate for these important protections.

The steady growth of this petition shows how many of us value the quiet character of our neighborhood. It is clear that the shift toward nightly rentals concerns a wide cross section of our community.

Sal Village community housing should be used for residential purpose only but not for any commercial activities. Allowing homes to be used for commercial purposes can lead to criminal activities and puts the safety and security in question
I am in agreement that $30 daily and half day rentals should not be allowed in our neighborhood.
No to daily rentals, I want no strangers walking around. For daily rentals, there is a motel 6 down the street.
There should be limitations in place regarding rentals in our community, at a minimum of 6-12 months. Salem Village should not have properties that offer daily rentals, end of story.
I am in agreement that the BOD should reinstate 6-12 month minimal rental covenants in Salem Village.
