Sal Village community housing should be used for residential purpose only but not for any commercial activities. Allowing homes to be used for commercial purposes can lead to criminal activities and puts the safety and security in question

No to daily rentals, I want no strangers walking around. For daily rentals, there is a motel 6 down the street.

There should be limitations in place regarding rentals in our community, at a minimum of 6-12 months. Salem Village should not have properties that offer daily rentals, end of story.

I am in agreement that the BOD should reinstate 6-12 month minimal rental covenants in Salem Village.
