As parents we always hope that our children make it to school safely every morning and make it home safely every afternoon. With some of the accidents that have happened at the school zones involving vehicles hitting or near missing our children (some going unreported) it's frightening to think that they will not make it home safely.We feel, as parents, that there is a need for more safety awareness especially during peak hours (before school starts and after school ends). This petition we hope will help in making our schools safer for our children. Preventing Accidents before they become a tragedy.
