We are looking for 50 people to commit to monthly overnight parking at 44 broad street (Above the quiznos). Once we have a sufficient number of people committed, we can strike a deal for monthly overnight parking.

I think You guys should really implement this because every time I visit My friend I leave With a ticket . I dont Even want to visit her anymore
How much will the monthly rate be? Really need a spot.
PLEASE make this happen. I live here and am tired of circling the block for 20 mins every single night just to end up parking 4 blocks away.
That would be so convenient for resident and family members because finding some where to park is really hard and a bad headache so please look into some parking for us resident thanks in advance
I’m a resident at this building. Parking and parking tickets are the biggest inconvenience at this wonderful location. This would make a very positive difference
