In Georgia, on November 8th, 2016 voting will open to pass the Safe Harbor for Sexually Exploited Children Fund. This fund is intended to raise money by collecting fines from individuals charged with particular sexual crimes and fees from adult entertainment businesses. The money goes toward the rehabilitation of children through physical and mental health therapies, education, safe housing, and job training. This petition's purpose is to raise awareness about this amendment to the Georgia Constitution and garner the support to help it pass. Atlanta is notorious for being a major part of the sex trafficking ring that exists in America. From 2003 to 2007, Atlanta had the largest sex trade according to Washington D.C.'s Urban Institute for the U.S. Justice Department.
