Great idea. We were told by GL that it would be In clubhouse parking lot at the covered pavilion when we bought!
A school bus comes past our house on Monterey Point every day so why can't the buses stop at the Clubhouse? Instead of causing congestion with traffic and unsafe conditions for the kids the Clubhouse is an ideal place.
I have 3 boys who have stood at that dangerous corner waiting for the bus while cars zip in and out of the development, often without looking or stopping.
We are snow birds and don't have young children but I care about the safety of our community. Do what's safest for the children.
Very dangerous situation with cars speeding out of the community at that time of the morning with people trying to get to work and little kids standing on the busy corner waiting for the bus!!
This stop should be moved to the original designated safe spot in the parking lot by the clubhouse
I support the parents of Marbella Lakes in their effort to be sure the children of our community are safe!

As an insurance professional, I can assure you that the current location is an accident waiting to happen. Cars zipping in and out of the community with small kids around is very hazardous. I fully support the location being moved to the clubhouse which only makes logical sense.
