We are the parents of students from Longfellow Middle School. Our children take bus N15 to and from school. The bus stop is at Anderson road and Colshire drive in McLean, across the street from Safeway. Around 40 children are boarding the bus at that location, the majority living at Commons Of McLean apartment complex across the street from the bus stop. In order for the children to get to the bus stop they have to cross Anderson road, which can get pretty busy in the morning. There is not a SINGLE traffic light or a marked cross walk for pedestrians across Anderson road. We ask that the bus stop will be moved across the street to the same side of the road that children reside on. We want our children to be safe!
