As you may or may not know, a movement is occurring within the service departments at SHMC to organize a union. This union would represent CNA's, EVS, Food Service, Clinical Techs., and Sterile Processing. The people trying to organize the union have been soliciting employees and may be planning a vote to unionize as soon as April 9th. If you DO NOT support forming a union please sign below. If the union gets over 50% of employees to sign documents in support of the union, they do not need to vote. By signing below you prevent them from using your name in support of their campaign. If you have signed a union document, signing this petition will cancel out your agreement with the union.
