I have been hearing from some neighbors who are worried about how this ordinance actually works in practice so I spent the morning re-reading those basement density clauses again. It feels like the town council is still just waiting this out but honestly the lack of clarity on these attic conversions is driving me a bit crazy.

YES. enough is enough with the massive excavations. our streets werent built for this kind of noise and constant digging.
Winship ave here. tired of the trucks blocking the road everyday. pass the ordinance.

Keep our neighborhood charm. The construction is getting out of hand and we need these rules to stay in place. Live on Lagunitas.
