Trucks have for many years been abusing Rosherville Road, having blatant disregard for all other vehicles, driving recklessly, parking where they like, causing damage to the road and vehicles on a regular basis and generally causing chaos.

It is now time for those affected by this continued abuse to stand up for ourselves and a) force the truck drivers to abide by the rules of the road and b) force the management responsible for these trucks to ensure that their vehicles are not continuing to be a threat to the safety of those who work in the City Deep area.

im still reading through all the stories people are sending in about close calls on the road and it honestly makes me even more determined to get this sorted out. i have been reaching out to the local transport managers to demand some accountability for these drivers since the status quo is just not safe for anyone working around city deep.

watching the momentum build around this issue has been wild. it feels like people are finally realizing we dont have to just accept this chaos on rosherville road anymore.

The trucks have no regard for other road users . They have made our intersection very dangerous particularly if we turn left. It is impossible to see what traffic is coming down the road as the view is blocked both ways by stationery trucks.

Msc use the road as parking lot and the pavements too.The truck drivers have no regard for other vehicles or road rules. high speed , wrong side of the road causing smaller vulnerable vehicles to move and this is extremely dangerous and can cost peoples lives.

I was involved in an accident and I am still struggling to get my car fixed, I wont even mention the trauma of driving next to a truck after that. It's really not safe.We need traffic lights .

Total disregard for other road users, very dangerous road due to the trucks parking on the roadside blocking a view to oncoming traffic and reckless driving of truck drivers. A traffic light and speed hump will certainly help.

I personally arrived at the scene of an unpleasant accident where an EOH manager had been hit by a truck in his VW Polo and it is only a matter of time before a very serious accident occurs as a result of a reckless truck driver!

I was involved in an accident with and injured by a truck on Tuesday who crossed over the white line into oncoming traffic at speed when he could not see if there was oncoming traffic.

The truck drivers around City Deep, and particularly on Vickers / Rosherville Road, have total disregard for the cars on the road. They do not stop at stop signs, drive on the wrong side of the road, and speed excessively. They are a complete hazard, and something needs to be done to hold them accountable.

Due to truck congestion at peak times, trucks park in the oncoming traffic lanes. This is extremely dangerous.
