Hello, my name is Rosanna Ameriguian and I graduated from University of Michigan in 2020 with honors, retaining a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and completed significant coursework in Psychology. At Michigan, I demonstrated leadership through serving almost two years as my pre-law sorority's Academic Chair. I am thrilled to be starting law school at Detroit Mercy as a part of such an amazing cohort of students, the Class of 2024!

After much consideration, I am enthusiastically announcing my petition to serve as your Class Treasurer.

After graduating college, I took a gap year to work as the Accounting Specialist for a large CNC machinery company which engineered and sold American-made machines to several customers located anywhere from the greater Detroit area, the midwest United States, and even other countries within the Western Hemisphere. As such, my position in the accounting team was at times quite demanding. And although behind the scenes from most of the action, the duties I performed were integral to our company's success.

Similarly, as Treasurer I will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our finances, records, and expenditures using my well-established skills in the field. Aside from the basic duties, my vision as Treasurer includes ideas to (a) propose ways to optimize our budget to allow for more of what the Class of 2024 wants, and (b) work with Jessica Rouser (our Director of Financial Aid) to promote resources for managing finances in our own personal lives as we navigate this amazing (yet costly!) journey.
