The budget proposal has been officially withdrawn and we are going back to the table. I am honestly stunned by how quickly everyone came together to make this happen. This was entirely your doing and I am just happy to see our neighborhood concerns finally taken seriously.
I support vetoing the proposed 2023 budget. I understand that the 2022 budget will be used to control expenditures until a new budget is prepared and not vetoed.
Totally excessive bills. Get a grip on reality. One of the biggest areas of concern is that the State water engineer said that the liner is good for another 20 years !! And we have over 1/2 Million $$ in reserve ! Sanity needs to rule !

This is a ridiculous increase on a vacant rural lot. If there needs to be improvements or some other financial obligation covered then a graduated scale of increase based upon lot size, upgrades/buildings, full time resident, and direct impact from increase should be assessed.

Lot #0943
Understand there is a water reservoir engineering effort to maintain well rights but this is a LARGE increase.
In 2021 it was $110 annually. OK with $155 due to inflation and some efforts to make the ranch better... but $300???? Be reasonable.

Excessive Increase - I do not and will not support this drastic unqualified, unmanageable, improper and unjustifiable budget increase! Everyone needs to live within their means! !
If one cannot then those people need to be replaced not supported !!!.

Carey and I need a detailed accounting to make an informed decision and support an increase of this magnitude. We vote no on supporting the currently proposed budget. We appreciate the board members and their efforts but this is way too much on the info provided.

Lot 156- RORA dues should not include all amenities. Trash, burn pit, mailboxes, RV dump, RV storage should be paid for by those who use them and reflect costs that are actually associated with each amenity. How does this not make logical sense?

Doug Suggs and Lisa Soule vote no to such a large increase due to more work being done on the reservoir that was just rebuilt, lot #071
