We are asking that the Ray Nkonyeni Municipal Manager must provide:
1. Notice boards against washing of cars and dumping/Littering
2. Visible policing by Law Enforcement Officers
3. Maintenance of the existing facilities and future Upgrades
4. Proper lighting at night
I have been walking through Rodolo Park every evening this week and the conditions remain unacceptable for our neighborhood. My inbox is filling up with your personal stories about these safety concerns and I am currently compiling them into a formal report for the Municipal Manager. Your patience is vital while I push for the changes we need to reclaim this space.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that I am not the only one tired of watching Rodolo Park fall into ruin. My neighbors and I deserve a clean space where we actually feel safe after the sun goes down.

I am so much concerned about illegal dumping and car washing at Rodolo Park. These activities impact our environment in a very negative way. We need to develop a culture of keeping our environment clean and maintain it's standard so as to ensure that it user friendly at all times. Thank you.

Fine must also be attached on illegal dumping, blocking traffic and washing of cars at the park designated for kids to play. This place is no longer safe for children.

Growing up the park used to be taken care of, our parents pay rates yet we don't see how they are utilized in sustaining the neighborhood. It is losing value just as we are losing hope in our municipality

The Youth in Margate has turned to alcohol and drugs because of not having any educational activities in the area. The park was built as a place for young people to came and play and not a place for alcohol or selling drugs or car wash place. Please consider Revive the park, before our youth parish before our eyes, leaving Margate with no future.

The park has been used for illicit activities like drugs, sex and house people at night and that creates a very dangerous environment

The park is unsafe for the children. The car wash that is there is attracting the bad people and may cause accidents as they was the cars right on the road.
