Understand that "Build better roads" ultimately means widen and expand roads, which takes up land - some of which is owned by people who refuse to willingly give their land up to serve the needs and greed of developers and line the pockets of local liaisons who are serving them. The catalyst of my concern is the 741 project currently in its planning stages and the developers who are driving it. They have access to land on both sides of present 741 - relinquishment of any land needs to be from them. Leave private land owners alone.
The condition of the roads especially 212 Is ridiculous with all this traffic!
Yes so agree been here since 2002 and growth is great but we need road and retail like more stores not more housing you still have communities that are not even done building and you just keep wanting to add more and more we don’t want them we don’t need them
We also need new city leaders
Traffic flow is terrible and I'm concerned people will be getting injured in car accidents because of it.
We need the infrastructure to handle any more developments.

Yes. Please build new roads. So many many homes are going up. But no roads to accompany them, as well as businesses and population growing. With that being said, the traffic here in Forney is a mess ! What is it ? A couple of ways in. A couple out. Creating major delays. And the train coming thru too ? OMG ! More roads mean a better flow of traffic. Also, Forney is mostly made up of individual communities sites. It would really help if there were a store of some sort put in the communities. That would help a lot to cut down traffic. Everyone flocks to Hwy. 80 @ 548 area. Insane. Thanks.
