We the undersigned oppose the contract with Lakeshore Waste Services, LLC. for the following reasons: 1-The Village poorly communicated with residents the information on the "waste hauling " issue. As told by Rob Durning, "Notice was probably on the Village Hall Door or the website." On a service residents pay for, the Village should not make a decision based on "saving money". Will the Village one day let us know they cancelled Comcast in favor of AT&T to save us money? 2-"Lakeshore" has no residential experience. 3-We like and trust Raphael. He works hard and is helpful.

The momentum behind this petition is finally showing the village that our concerns cannot be ignored or buried in a website footer. My energy is drained after these long weeks of fighting, but seeing so many of you join this effort reminds me why we started.

Ridiculous that they didnt even ask us before switching. Lakeshore sounds like a total nightmare. Keep Raphael!

Raphael has been picking up our trash for years and he honestly does a better job than any big company ever would. Why fix what isnt broken?
