I have spent this week watching the chaos on Ayr Way and it is terrifying to see how close we come to a tragedy every single morning. Your stories from the school gates are fueling the letters I am sending to the council right now.

Seeing the momentum behind this reminds me every day that I am not the only one terrified to walk my child to school. It is clear now that the school and council cannot keep ignoring the risks we face on Ayr Way.

Too many cars in one spot. simple fix is to let kids in the side way stop being lazy
open the side gate!!! it makes zero sense to have everyone funneling through one entrance. common sense please.
Almost got hit twice this week trying to cross. Parents are so selfish with where they dump their cars.
Need police out here to ticket the people blocking driveways. Tired of not being able to leave my house.
The parking on Ayr Way is absolutely mental in the mornings. Someone is going to get hurt soon if nothing changes.

Ridiculous that it takes a near miss for the school to listen. Fix this before a child gets injured.
