I have been reading every single comment about why Knut deserves a proper burial instead of being put on display. It breaks my heart to see so many people share our grief and reject the idea of him being stuffed for a museum exhibit. We are currently gathering these thoughts to present them directly to the zoo administration.

The sheer wave of support for giving Knut a proper burial shows that I am not alone in my grief. Seeing people come together to respect his memory in this way brings me a sense of peace I did not expect.

Ganz meine Meinung. Lasst ihn in Frieden ruhen. Einfach nur pietätlos sowas.
Widerlich. Wer kommt bitteschön auf so eine Idee? Knut gehört unter die Erde oder in den Himmel aber nicht in eine Vitrine.
Bitte nicht. Er hatte schon kein einfaches Leben im Zoo, jetzt lasst ihn wenigstens in Frieden gehen.
Lassen Sie ihn in Ruhe. Er soll endlich seinen Frieden finden und nicht wie ein Spielzeug ausgestellt werden. Das ist einfach nur respektlos.
Furchtbar. Er hat uns so viel Freude bereitet und jetzt das? Bitte gebt ihm seine letzte Ruhe!

RIP Knut. Das ist echt krank. Ein Tier ist kein Möbelstück zum ausstopfen.
